Client portal updates: faster candidate management and case search

We've shipped a few highly requested improvements to make managing candidates and finding cases quicker and easier across the client portal. You can now resend a candidate invitation in one click, keep your search active as you move between tabs, and surface cases faster as you type. Each change is small on its own, but together they cut out a lot of repetitive clicking and help teams move through high volumes of cases with less effort.

• Resend a candidate invitation directly from the Cases page using 'Resend Invite' in the case actions menu, available for any candidate who hasn't yet submitted their check
• Search now persists across the 'Active', 'Review', and 'Done' tabs, so you enter it once and check every status without retyping

Workable ATS integration now supports EMEA and APAC regions

If your team hires through Workable, you can now connect it to CertnCentric no matter where you operate. Until now this integration was only available to customers in North America. It is now live for EMEA and APAC, so more teams can launch background checks straight from Workable, keep candidate records in sync, and cut out the manual jumping between systems.
