The process for reference checks is simple. Here’s how it works:

- In a digital reference check, an automated email is sent to the provided reference to complete the questionnaire.
- In a phone reference check, our team of experts calls the specified references and asks a series of open-ended questions to get the detailed information to make an informed hiring decision.
- Your candidate will be asked to provide 1-3 references for our team to interview (via digital or phone reference).
- Your detailed report gets created. The responses are available in your Certn dashboard.
How long does it take?
